About Somatic Alignment Yoga
Somatic Alignment Yoga offers an individualized, therapeutic approach that integrates movement, breathwork, and body awareness to support coordination between the body and nervous system. Rather than focusing on achieving specific postures, instruction and guidance emphasize how movement feels, helping individuals develop awareness, proprioception, and nervous system regulation.
This approach is adaptive and accessible, making it appropriate for a wide range of needs, including injury recovery, chronic conditions, and stress-related concerns. It can be experienced in 1-1 therapeutic sessions or small group sessions, and can complement medical and mental health care while helping individuals build practical skills for self-regulation and long-term well-being.
